GOODBYE EVERYBODY, I'VE GOT TO GO.....

Hello, my lovely readers!!!! 🥳 It’s time for the final post of this term. I can’t believe we’ve made it through this course THO it’s been a wild ride! Let’s spill the tea on this academic adventure, shall we? ☕✨ First, the strengths: the course was engaging, with lots of opportunities to get creative. From flipping classrooms to designing colorful worksheets, my inner artist was awake. Weaknesses? Oh! The workload. Let’s be honest; we weren’t just students—we were multitasking magicians pulling rabbits out of hats to keep up. 🐇🎩 Some things came naturally, like the creative tasks where I could play with Canva and CapCut (love you forever 💕). But the theoretical parts? They felt like A HUGE BURDEN as if I was trying to figure out an ancient historical writing. 📜 My favorite task? Making that flipped classroom video with Evrim and Sema! We laughed, we cried (over edits), and we emerged victorious. Least favorite? The endless lesson plans. My brain turned into a grammar factor...

Revolutionizing Learning with AI: Our Journey of Creativity

Image
HELLO MY LOVED ONES!! Creating our AI-integrated teaching material for prep high school learners was nothing short of an adventure! With Evrim, Sema, and I teaming up, we combined our creativity, teaching experience, and a dash of AI to craft something truly special.  From brainstorming ideas (and laughing over the wild ones) to perfecting the AI’s interactive elements, the process was a blend of hard work and fun. Sure, there were moments when technology tested our patience, but our teamwork turned challenges into opportunities. The result? A resource that’s engaging, educational, and a little quirky—just like us! 😊 Here is the material: Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!! Eliff

Teleporting to Prague: Our AR/VR Classroom Adventure

AHOJ MÍ VÁŽENÍ ČTENÁŘI(Greeting in Czech language)!!! HOPE ALL IS WELL❤ What if your next lesson took you straight to Prague??  That’s what we did—no passports needed! Armed with AR and VR, our students explored Prague’s Old Town, and strutted across Charles Bridge, all while sitting comfortably in class. Fancy, right???💥 But it wasn’t all fun and virtual games. They learned history, some Czech traditions, and even practiced saying “Dobrý den!” (That’s “Hello!”—impressive, huh?). After their digital escapades, their mission was clear: write a blog convincing their friends to visit Prague.  The results? Hilarious and heartwarming. Some were so impressed about the stunning Gothic buildings; others couldn’t stop talking about pastries or made-up chats with “locals”. One even described a dramatic “VR” puppet show they “saw”—Oscar-worthy, apparently.💫 Who needs expensive flights when AR/VR makes exploring this fun? Prague came alive, and our students became expert tour guides, co...
